Integrates the htmx library in Backdrop.

htmx is a library that allows you to access modern browser features directly
from HTML, rather than using javascript.

From the htmx website:

Views Sort Expression allows you to add an SQL expression as a sort handler in
your View. This is an advanced module that requires knowledge of SQL and how to construct expression-based ORDER BYs.

This module has been created to integrate with the Trakt TV API in a limited
manner. This is a new module, custom made for Backdrop CMS.

Provides an administrative interface to manage recipe modules.

Supported actions:

Automatically sets the text color of hero blocks based on the average color
of the background image, to fix contrast problems. Sets the background color to
the average image color.

Going Down warns site visitors that the web site will be going down for
maintenance at a specified time, so they can finish edits or checkout before
that time. It can either display a warning with the time or a countdown
timer.

Provides an editor button to insert emojis (sometimes also denoted as emoticons)
into content.

The button opens a dialog where you can browse through several categories or
search by (English) keywords.
